Rental Process
Payment
Simply pay the $150 refundable bond by purchasing any rental from our website and you will receive a confirmation email from us with a payment link for the delivery fee, and to commence weekly billing. You will also be required to upload a copy of your identification (driver’s license, concessions card etc.)
Delivery
After you have paid for delivery you will receive an email notifying you of the expected delivery date. Depending on availability, delivery may take between 5-14 days after the delivery has been paid. Our delivery team will work with you to ensure suitable drop off and collection times. You must be home for delivery. Delivery is $100 per order, (not per machine) which includes drop off, setup and pickup.
Rental Terms
Rental fees are charged weekly through Stripe Billing, with no additional fees incurred. The minimum rental period is 8 weeks. After this period, customers can cancel the rental at any time with a notice of 2 weeks. To initiate cancellation, please notify us via email at contact@gocardiorentals.com.au.
